You will have to pay your deductible before you can use the coverage.
You mentioned that you are with Fair Plan.
In CA, Fair Plan doesnt have coverage for theft/burglary/vandalism. Its only for fire, and ppl go through that company if they cant get insurance elsewhere (due to brush etc).
It might be different in Texas, but I would double check.</description>

		<description>There are different times of deductible.  The $1200. is probably if your house is burned or damaged.  There is probably a different deductible if some breaks into your home. ( I am sorry I cannot remember the correct terminology)  But yes, most likely you will pay a deductible.</description>
