Your insureability relates to not only your history of claims but also to your history of making claim inquiries.
I cannot imagine a home with 3 plumbing issues that are covered by insurance. Why wasn’t the problem corrected the first or second time? If you put yourself in your insurance company’s position, you will see yourself as a poor risk.
